Spray foam floor?

I'm planning on doing my walls and ceiling in closed cell spray foam. In a house application, spray foam is usually applied underneath the floor in the crawlspace. What I'm wondering about is if I can use it instead of foam boards on the floor.

Frame the floor, spray foam, put plywood subfloor down, then the top floor?

For walls and ceiling, spray foam is the best.

Don't use spray foam on the floor. No need.

Rigid Styrofoam (Blue or pink Stuff) is 30% cheaper and will do a better job on the floor.

Build the floor like Jake C did. Starts on page 2. Best method I have seen.

There is closed cell foam designed to be poured if you decide to go that route on your floor. It's what they use for boat flotation and works well for insulation.
