Spray Foam out gassing health issues

Has any one on here ran into spray foam issues. It appears it can be installed in correctly.
I ran across this video as I'm getting ready to start my project. This out gassing issue seems scary in such a small confined RV.
I don't think I'll take the chance and go regular foam board?

I can attest that when spray foam works its great!

The out gassing issues are from applying the foam too thickly, at least from what I understand.
