Stackable Washer/Dryer ???

Has anyone installed a stackable apartment type washer/Dryer into the bus. Did you have to trim it down? How did you install it?

This is what I'm putting in my bus. The combination idea takes up less space and it also ventless.

Shop LG 2.3-cu ft Ventless Combination Washer and Dryer (White) at Lowes.com

First thought: ventless? Does it condense out the water then drain it off when drying?

Second thought: sounds like a maintenance nightmare. Very expensive to fix.
