Starting the search for my 2nd bus/coach.

Now that Ive been out of the skoolie network for a few years now. I think its time for another one. My main reason for selling the first one was lack of power and speed.
I had a 1989 Chevy Thomas with 8.2L detroit and AT545, unsure of rear gears but it topped out at 60.
Now im looking for full size bus that can run 65-70 easily and pull decent sized hills with no drop in speed.
Any input on engine/trans combos. Im looking to stay in the 3-4000 range. Manual or Auto doesn't matter.
