Stationary bus. How to jack up and move slightly?

I bought a piece of property with a bus on it. No motor, no wheels, no engine. So, it's either cut for scrap, or make a bus shack! The problem is that it's sort of high-centered off the side of an embankment. There are lots of trees around, do you think a few come-alongs could move the back end of a defunct bus? I guess the other option would be to jack it up in place and block it when it's close to level. Also, is it worth it to insulate when I start remodeling? Seems like a lot of condensation concerns with the conversions I've seen.

Thanks for any input!

Id insulate it real well if it was me. Since you're stationary, life will be easier.
