To Frame Or Not To Frame

Hi, very new to all this Skoolie stuff but planning out my 35' Thomas and trying to maximize all the space I can. I would like to panel the walls and use the buses existing frame work to attach the materials and insulate in between. Is it necessary to frame walls inside all the way around? I know vertically I will have to for walls.

Best, sjm

I am using two laminated 1/2" sheets of marine ply as the walls for my bath & a cabinet. No framing. Don'r have room for it in my shorty.
