Hey Ben if that TV does work on 12volt direct let us know exactly which one it is or provide a link. I'm looking for a new one in the near future and it would help to know which ones are a direct plug in.

I was trying to add a link, but it failed. Here's the link to the link in my thread on my bus, The Silver Snail. The link there works, but the copy and paste that I tried didn't work. So here's an attempt at a copy and paste of the link to my thread!

I'm going to try it out this weekend in the bus. On the back of the TV, it clearly shows DC in. There were several other reviewers that said it was a direct plug in for their RV.

I believe all the flat screen LED TV's operate on 12 vDC. They just have the converter built into either the power cord or the TV itself. Several of the RVer's were talking about this one and and that is how I realized that mine was as well (just look at the power in jack on the back of the TV).
This post is my opinion. It is not intended to influence anyone's judgment nor do I advocate anyone do what I propose.
