Not knocking it, it looks really nice but what was the reason for cutting lower and raising the rub rail? I'm planning on cutting as most do in the center of the widow frame because I wans BIG windows starting just above the rub rail. Seems like you are really limiting yourself on window size.

I just noticed this in the first post.. I, too, have a murphy bed in the "kitchen" of my bus. I'm taking great pains to make sure it is well away from all food, though.
