1983 bluebird with 9.0 L international.

simple question i hope: 1983 bluebird with 9.0 L international. cannot get the last belt off (pulley closest to cab) the other one snapped so i did not remove it. i see a spring tensioner (sp) but can't figure it out. what's the trick? thanks

i looked up a picture of an engine and copied the url and that's what it gave me. i checked it and it did link to the image. i tried to just attach a picture but it wouldn't let me send my jpeg. i'll try something else.
