I don't think that you are going to find any more than 50A 220V in a campsite, that being said an industrial electric supply house like Grabar will have high amp cable and plugs to make your own, they will not be compatable with the standard 50A plug.
My limited knowledge of heatpumps is that most of the required power is for a heater element that is used when the compressor/condenser can't produce enough heat in cold weather, there should be an electrical schematic on an inside cover for the unit, isolate the compresser and fan circuits, disconnect the heater coils, mount everything under the bus, wire and duct it in and use an alternative furnace, LP or woodstove,etc.

Just to clarify a point here. A "50 amp" park connection refers to 50 amps at 240 volts. This exists as two 120 volt legs whose waveforms are 180° opposed so that they provide 240 volts from one hot leg to the other. When you use them separately for 120 volt only, this creates two circuits of 120 volts at 50 amps each, giving you a total of 100 amps at 120 volts. In this configuration, NEVER connect the two hot wires together or create a situation where they could connect together through a 120 volt appliance.

I have never seen a 50 amp 220 service at a campground. Most I have been to have 20 amp 120, 30 amp 120, and the better campgrounds have 50 amp 120 service, but never 220.

The 4 prong "50 amp" outlet (same as for an electric range), is 50 amps at 220/240 volt across the two hot legs. 50 amps at 110/120 volt between each hot leg and neutral.
