I Can't produce enough pressure to activate my on demand hit water heater. Even when directly hooked up to a hose.
This is my experimental layout. The hose has less pressure than the pump.
Confused. Any hints or tricks. I'm no plumber.
Are you getting pressure in and just not out or both? My MiL has one of these (similar) flash heaters in her bathroom and while pressure going in is fine, the heating coils reduce the pressure to make sure the water is heated rather than just passing through. This causes for a less-than-pleasurable shower as it tends to dribble more than spray.
If you open the cover on the pressure switch you will likely find an adjustable pressure screw to increase or decrease the water pressure. might be a diagram to show which way to go.
