Welding on my BB.

I need to grind out and weld a new hatch strip....anyway, should I disconnect the battery as you would on a car or should I assume that the back of the bus is far enough away. Thanks.

You might get lucky, but if your engine is electronically controlled best to disconnect the battery. Very expensive if you happen to fry all the computers.

I undid all my electrical connects. Weld is crap so I am taking it to a pro. Dang
