What are these lights?

1997 Thomas MVP Saf -T liner er with a cat 3026 motor. What are these lights on the starter box in the back?[IMG]upload foto[/IMG]

You're sure that's a starter box? It looks very similar to the Bendix ABS controller on my bus. Look a little closer for any make or model markings on it.

It's on the right side of the starter box (on the outside) so you may be right. I didn't see any info on it but I will look closely when I get home
