what heater size?

I have a 65-pass bus, new insulation in the walls. I am going to use a roll of clear vinyl, attached by velcro strips, to somewhat-weaterproof for winter. The 110 volt ac furnaces come in 35,000 and 40,000 BTU's; I'm wondering what size and brand of heater I ought to be looking for, mainly because we're at the wiring stage, and I'd like to have a good idea how much electrical draw the thing's going to have.
Also, has anyone used a reconditioned model of furnace? if so, where would I get such a thing?
