What is this thing?

My friend just text me this picture, he knows I'm looking for a bus.

It's pretty cool looking, anyone know about these?

Idk if it's in my budget or size or if I can put a raise on it but I'm gonna go look. Any trouble spots to check? It's I'm Wisconsin so there is almost surely rust

Also if it's not for me but someone else would like a shot at it let me know it's near me I can take pics and/check it out

PS the plates on it are Wisconsin and the sticker is from 69

Looks like a Crown to me (but I'm not an expert by any means!)

EDIT:

See what I mean? I know nothing! :P

That's an old Flxible Starliner! Mid-40s to early-50s.

Wow, that's a find.

Just be ready for a lot of restoration work.

Google "youtube flxible" and be amazed....

I'm not sure I'm ready for that level of work or the price tag that's probably on it

Ooops, its a Flxible Clipper, not a Starliner (predecessor to the Starliner). Still, quite a find, and it seems to be in relatively good shape.

At least go see it and find out how much they want for it.

Yes I'm going to, I want a price and an idea of condition so even if I don't want it I can pass the info along to someone here who might be perfect for this old beauty

She's really pretty, it's the only reason I'm even considering it
