It's sat at the Port in Baltimore waiting to get onto the RoRo ship to UK I paid the dealer asking price but compared to the shipping costs and how helpful the dealer (Peter LaBarge at Quality Bus Service) it wasn't worth a few hundred dollars haggling - I'll probably need his help to get parts!

I can sort out the rust. Despite there being hundreds of used buses on the market that was the only one I could find that was traditional looking, curved glass windscreen and short yet in short reach of a port.

Re: What questions to ask a dealer?

It arrived in UK and seems in good condition. Have removed seats and linoleum (wow that glue is strong!) and am taking up boards. The bottom of the rear door was rusted out but I have fixed it with Glasscloth/epoxy and body filler. Very pleased with my purchase. The best bit about having it in the UK is that I can keep the stop sign, lights, external loudspeaker, airborne and yellow paint. I just need to find some cans of spray paint the same colour...

Congrats, mate! What part of the UK? My better half is from Glasgow.
