Re: Wheel Paint???

KC10Chief used Rustoleum Hammered Silver paint on his rims. It looked really good. I have found his post, but photobucket seems to have eaten his pictures.

Re: Wheel Paint???

x2 on the Rustoleum Hammered paint. That stuff is amazing and I use it for everything. It works especially well on porous or rough cast parts (like many of our wheels or axles) and hides any blemishes amazingly well.

Re: Wheel Paint???

You need to hit bare metal with either a primer, or a rust inhibitor before you paint it, otherwise you'll keep seeing the rust come back.
