Where are the buses?

I've been bus shopping since September on eBay, public surplus and govdeals. I haven't found too much luck so far with prices, and in particular the last 2 months have been almost completely dried up. Nothing, I'm looking for some specifics also which makes it harder to find, but since January I have only book marked 4 and they all sold for over 7k$. I hope the sales come alive soon. I'm going to try a live auction in April. Even then they only have listed 2 buses I'm interested in. Ugh.

Re: Where are the buses?

I bought mine of craigslist. Granted mine is an older bus but I have seen some pretty good deals in my area. I know there are a lot of programs out there that will look for specific ads and alert you?

Hope this helps

Take a train out here, enjoy the ride and pick one up for $3k or so and drive it home. No rust either.

Montana is my dream home. Don't tempt me! I'll never come back here.

Rear engine 72+ pax. Holding out for an md3060 too. Would take a 643 if it was paired with a dt466. Either a bluebird or Thomas. Probably MVPr. Want a door on the side, and underbelly storage.

Lots of stuff. But I'd be lucky to find anything. I went to a live auction in PA. 150 buses, about 30 people showed up, and about 4 out of 5 buses were bought by a couple of South American guys, they each spent over 80k$. It was useless to go. So I'm still shopping.
