Where did you find your line setting ticket

I have a 90 bluebird international 3800. Where might I find the line setting ticket? Where did you find yours?

I went to the International dealer here in town today and they printed it for me at no charge.

Mine was included with the records supplied by school district from which I purchased my bus. (Every single piece of paper that ever had anything to do with my bus.)
