Where to buy parts?

I own a 2003 All American Blue Bird.

I'm needing a few things, like batteries, a transmission, possibly engine parts and a dashboard cluster. I'm having the most difficulty finding the dashboard cluster.

Where can I find parts?

You could DIY a dashboard cluster. I'm going to redo mine.

Batteries you can get anywhere. They're not really specific to a vehicle. However, a solitary 8D as a starter battery makes things easier than two or three smaller batteries

You can score pretty well on eBay if you know what you want.

Jacob, since you're south of even myself, I'd say go get the cheapest G31 you can afford. For your purposes this will be plenty of battery. Once your bus is together and running you can add a second or put an 8D in once the single G31 dies.

If you get really desperate, find a bluebird dealer locally. I happen to live about 3 miles from mine and the people there are super nice. If you're really in trouble, you could probably even order through the one by me and I could ship it to ya, but it shouldn't come to that.

Did you find a salvage yard for your tranny? That's gonna be a bear of a jorb!

What gauges do you need? All the bluebirds here have a plastic plate with either vdo or isspro gauges. The plastic piece you'll have to get from bluebird but the individual gauges you can get from online retailers.

Cut a panel to fit, put in the appropriate gauges.
