Window slides

So I have almost every window slide broken on the bus. How do I go about replacing them, I have found plenty of places online to purchase new ones, but nothing about replacing them. I was hoping to not have to remove all of the windows

It's a 1977 sheller globe body, need to figure out how to replace the plastic window latches. The plastic is busted on almost all of them, or in some cases, completely gone
