Go to your local school bus garage or county/state meintanence garage, I've had good luck getting tires givin to me. Used but lots of time still good. Then try to bribe the mechanic with a 12 pack or something to change them on by on if you can. Or a bigger bribe to pull your bus in and do it all right there.
