Nice find! For someone looking for a low deck bus, this is ideal. Most seem to have the "upper deck" in the rear. This is all one level. Littler-to-no room under the chassis for tanks and basement though. :-\
Old eagles are nice, but the suspension parts are unobtainable, Eagle used a torsion suspension and the stuff is no longer made so if it is sitting low, walk away
