1972 Gillig

Gillig and Crown were known as the Cadillac and Lincoln of buses back in the day. They were so overbuilt that after 20-years of school bus service most were kept in service for many years after their "pull" date.

This Gillig has been updated in many ways.

It has the Cummins Big Cam 335 with a 10-speed Road Ranger. This bus will never be in the right hand lane with the 4-way flashers on while going up a hill.

It is doubtful that you could replicate this bus for twice the price.

This is not my bus.
