1979 GMC 6000/Thomas for sale

[1979GMC6000]

117k Miles (within couple hundered of actual, speedo cable robbed after bus was retired.)
Currently inspected thru July
Runs GREAT 366/AT545
Vacumn over hydraulic brakes (work good)
All lights, interior/exterior and dash work properly will pass inspection anytime
NO RUST

Following work done recently:
New tire tube, almost new tires (80-90% all around)
Red flashing light lenses painted over
Stop sign system removed
All seats removed
Interior painted white (rustoleum metal paint, looks nice)
Over 3/4 full of gas
5" Monster tach installed


What does not work:
Speedometer (needs cable)
Fuel Gauge doesnt read correctly
Engine temp on dash replaced with aftermarket
Small exhaust leak somewhere close to engine (not manifolds)

I'm not in the market for another new bus, but that sounds like a very fair price for that vehicle.

Many people who are trying to sell their buses seem to think they are worth A LOT more than they actually are. It's good to see someone who has priced their bus very reasonably....good job!

I am negotiable, just need to sell it soon-found out we are having a baby and would rather see it go to someone who will use it than just become one with the yard.
