1986 IHC 6.9L v8 non turbo Diesel engine tranny combo for sale in MINESOTA
The motor and tranny is currently still installed in the bus chassis.
I could seperate motor and tranny but would prefer to sell to gether.
I have a diesel motor and 5spd tranny for sale. It is a
6.9Lv8 IHC with no turbo. It starts hard in the winter if not
plugged in. It does run. Oil press around 50-60psi
when cruisng down the road and about 20psi when
ideling. IT has a spicer T243 5spd manual tranny.
I would include the radiator and engine/truck chassis
wiring harness. If i can safely get the truck wiring harness out
(minus the igniton switch,battery cables, alternator and power
steering pump and box)
The bus has about 147,000 on it
The info i have on this motor that is recent.
9-25-98 miles 118,063 new fuel pump, new injection
pump
4-7-99 miles 127,349 new water pump, new belts
10-18-99 miles 132,896 new clutch and bearings
1-04-02 miles 143,018 new head gaskets, rebuilt
cylinder heads, new valve seals, 2 new glow plugs,
controll and wire harness, new thermostat, air filter,
new fuel return hose, replace all injectors, 2 rocker
arm assembley, new belts.
$1,300 or best offer. May be able to deliver for the cost of fuel to
MN,WI,IA,ND,SD will not ship sold as is and may have to be picked up.
