1990 Diesel Thomas Saf-T-Liner Pusher for Sale

Selling: 1990 Thomas Saf-T-Liner Pusher

Motor: Cummins Diesel 8.2 Inline 6 (6CTA240 model)
Trans: Allison MT643 (Auto)
Front Axle: Westport
GVW: 16420 Kg
Battery Included

Asking $2250 as is for pickup, open to OBO's within reason. The diesel motor alone is worth 3-5K apparently by off-road enthusiasts but I don't have those sort of connections.

Low Km just don't have a picture on hand currently, so will upload later.
Life expectancy by manufacturer is 500K Miles (relayed by heavy duty mechanic) On motor, more with obvious proper upkeep and care.

That's not so bad. It's just above Idaho and Montana.

Uploaded some pictures of the bus into my album (only have one) and as I said, open to reasonable offers. It's gutted of all the seats and the motor runs like the dream. If I could upload an actual video on here I would so you could listen to it purr.

Is that $2250 quoted Canadian or Murrican?

Does anyone within the sound of my voice have any knowledge, expertise, or information about buying a vehicle in Canada and getting it back into the US and subsequently tagged and titled? If it's a nice bus, it's a nice price, but it's not worth storing it at the border for months while I work out conflicting stories from conflicting bureaucrats.

thats Canadian Dollars, so approximately 1700 American(less some change- $1681). As for transferring over the border, that's a good question. It is an american built vehicle so it would be to code for all the standards of the US, so I would say its safe to assume no issues at the border, as long as you have it for "in-Transit", which means you're simply moving A to B, and which you would most likely to to obtain an in-Transit sticker from the US for it
