I dont build any vehicle expecting to ever recoup the investment or even close.. occasionally I get surprised... ie my 1976 eldorado convertible turning out to be a bicentennial numbers matching but someone had painted it the wrong color and changed the carpet... paid $3k for the car in a bit of disrepair... 12k and 5 wonderful years driving it landed me a check for 36k because it was some wierd-o combination ordered rare....

but thats not the norm,.. I'll have tons of time and $$ invested in my bus and i'll drive it around and enjoy the HECK out of it.. and at some piont I'll decide I want something different and I'll sell it.. for probably a big loss... but I'll have smiled a lot in the meantime..

this conversion looks great... someone who mightve bought a modernized wanderlodge very well may pick this bus up and pay the 50k or at least 40k...

I think it has to be advertised and marketed correctly to sell for a good price.. this forum is generally a DIY group that is building ouir own and not paying people to do every little thing.. so its not likely to sell here.. this group Likes to BUILD busses not buy them and drive them..

im not an RVer but im sure there are other RV forums where this bus would bring higher dollars... 50k for a converted ready to drive bus vs 100k plus for a commercially built flimsy fleetwood or bounder or whatever they are called.. the math is easy in that respect..
