Located in Evansville, Indiana - 1996 Blue Bird, 66 passenger, big block 366 engine (gas), 130,800 miles, Automatic transmission, Runs good, Air conditioner, Guardian Generator, Kitchen area, Bathroom (no shower), clean water and black water tanks, 2 sets of bunk beds, two couches that fold out to full size beds (sleeps 8 total), bench seats with storage, awning, no additional insulation added, newly added back deck with hidden stairs and storage, all new tires in 2014. We purchased the blue bird from a local school corporation when the kids were little, spent 6 mos converting it and have had lots of years of camping fun!! Hoping to pass it on to someone who will enjoy it as much as we did! Would love to get $10k but that price may include my love and memories so will definitely come down from there. There are people here on this site at least once a week looking for a completed skoolie. I've tried linking people up but the transactions don't seem to take place. Most people are to afraid to take a long drive with a unknown vehicle. There are so many missed connections here every couple days that it's just sad for both parties.

I spent a bitter winter in Indianapolis.

You are so right! I've had a lot of people interested but none close enough to come look at it! It's a great bus! Has everything you need to camp or even live off the grid ... well maybe you would want to put in a shower!

Evansville is in the southern most point of Indiana so our winters are slightly less frigid than Indianapolis! - Mary

I'm guessing Indianapolis doesn't have a lot of street people. That was some intense cold, similar to Korean winters. It was always a surprise when my car started in the mornings while I was there. I was in 80 below in Canada a couple times, but that's just painful.

Did you ever post photos of your bus here? That usually draws some attention.
