Thanks
We recently added an invertor, 12 DC/100AC, there is a place for a fridge next to the cabinets. Sink and water tank has been installed with a 20-gallon water tank with Fresh/gray tanks, there is no stove. We have more recent PICS and info on KSL https://classifieds.ksl.com/listing/57437794

I might be interested but there's no way I'm paying anywhere close to $10,000. From what I've seen, it looks like a $3,000 bus with carpet and about $500 worth of thrift store furniture in it. Not sure how you arrived at your price but I think it's too high.

No thread crapping please. If you don't like the bus or price, go to the next one. That is worth more than $3000.

Wow what a great forum this is turning out to be. Voice my interest but express that I think the price is too high and that's "thread crapping". Never even heard of the term.

For reference, on the Colorado Craigslist there's a 35 ft pusher with a good drivetrain, with a 22" roof raise framed, insulated, and painted, with a Tesla battery, 3 water tanks, a fridge, a 12k BTU mini-split, rough electrical, plumbing supplies, some kitchen cabinets, and some interior framing already done listed for $15k, but yeah, sure, this bus here is priced fairly.

Good luck.

I think it's only fair that if you post an ad on the internet, expect to take some criticisim. I feel obligated to inform the masses when I see blatant BS in an ad.

The right way to fix this is simply disable posting by anyone but the OP, if you think someone is lying about their for sale then report to an admin.. ie they claim it’s a 99 and you know it’s an 04.. etc

Simply warning that “this bus is too expensive” is borderline what get you kicked out of brick and mortar stores if you advertise such.. just like TV ads have to imply who they are targeting with “don’t buy their high price item buy ours for less”..

Serious buyers can contact the seller directly if they post their info or by PM.

If seller gets lots of “question A” they can come back and post a reply..

That would stop the trolling just because someone doesn’t like the ad posted

It's the internet, you can't stop trolling anymore than you can control what one puts in their ads.

It is actually a $5000 bus with two new tires $1500, new Pressure tank $120, inverter, everything is customized to fit, interior painted, the curtains cost over $120, not to mention everything else... There is more that goes into a conversion than what you would expect, including a lot of time.

If you are interested, make an offer. We currently have it listed at $9500. Thanks for looking, feel free to call my husband at 801-372-9262.

This bus is sold - Thank you for your interest and kind words. We had 6 people drive it and 3 of them made us an offer, after having it on Facebook for a week. It definitely made a difference for people to be able to drive it and see it, instead of listening to everyone else opinions. We have learned, this is not the place to sell a bus, just some words of advice to anyone selling a bus on this forum. My husband and I learned a lot on this forum though.

Glad you got it sold, and glad this "isn't the place to sell a bus".

Congrats! Mind sharing what the accepted offer was? I was thinking it was worth closer to the $7500 range.

Sorry about your forum experience, bus prices can vary wildly depending on location and the time of the year, and some of the "experts" on here don't know much.

I think that this post belongs in the "non-affiliated bus for sale"
