1998 Thomas Bus for sale - Chapel Hill, NC

Looks the same as my bus but with the low roof.

I also have the cat 3126 but mine has a mt3060 behind it.

Mine came with the same miles and tinted windows and two ac units and a high roof for over 2k less

Interior height is 6'.

The engine is a 3116.

The transmission is an Allison MD 3060.

Op, what do you think of the 3116 mated with that transmission?

Had any issues to speak of? I think they are pretty good engines but age may scare some people off as will miles and hours idling.

I have one with a standard tranny. Wouldn't say it's bulletproof, what is? But it just keeps performing as it should?

How many pounds of rust did you get in yours? Inland North Carolina busses don't usually have any rust.
