1999 converted Blue Bird $12,500 obo

Hello! We have a 1999 24 ft blue bird conversion we would like to sell, so we can build something with four wheel drive.
The bus is finished nicely, albeit somewhat simply to allow for flexibility. There is a 250 watt solar panel, and two nice 6 volt golf cart batteries. There is a sink with an electric water pump, a mini fridge, a dawrf wood stove, a simple bucket style composting toilet compartment, and a steel rack on the back.
We replaced the insulation in the walls with 1” rigid foam, and covered the walls with bead board, and the Floors with nice cork. There is lots of seating room, and the rear seats convert to a large bed with tons of storage underneath. Please refer to the photos!
Mechanically the bus is in great shape, and only has 128,000 miles on it. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it any distance! It is a V8 gas motor, but it has tons of good life left.
Ultimately there is too much to list here and it is a very nice and fun rig. Please call or text me if you are interested. We are located in northern Colorado.
970-227-0642. $12,500 obo or just make an offer! Thanks for looking. Cheers!

Just to be clear since you mentioned the insulation in the walls - you didn't replace the insulation in the ceiling or insulate the floors? This question is sure to come, so may as well ask it now.

The floating cork floors have a thin insulative underlayment that is foil backed. I am 6”2, so we didn’t want to fir the floors up anymore. And we decided against drilling out all the ceiling rivets to re insulate. We have definitely spent some time in the bus during Colorado winter, and to be compfy and cozy it’s best to have wool socks or slippers, and use the wood stove. And in the summer it stays reasonable if you cover the windows with the insulated curtains to keep direct sunlight out.
