This bus is still available. Driven to Arizona and back. I've ran prob 10k miles on her. Runs great. Ready to roll. Call if serious 4 details. Too many buses and moving into an enclosed trailer.

I've seen a few done like that. One is available locally here except it's not open like a flatbed in back but enclosed with a drop down ramp on back.

Always wondered how they ride & handle with the weight of a car, truck, suv sitting that far back behind rear wheels.

Interesting idea none the less... no towing and can use the flat bed as a deck when unloaded. Even pitch a tent on it...

All that weight hanging over past the back axle hasn't been a problem? It would be a matter of time it seems before the frame gives out.

OK... was more concerned about the weight on handling.........

Like piling all the weight in the back of the bed of a pickup would do.......... cause the front end and steering to feel dodgey. Better to put the main load over and in front of the rear axle.

I have a nice 97 DT466 Conventional and a few 01-02 Bluebird Flatnose Cummins. Possibly a few van style short buses on the way.
