Looks like he’s just a broker (middleman) selling them for a business. He doesn’t have an actual vehicle lot, they’re kept wherever the customer has them parked. Explains why he can provide no detailed info on them first hand. Not bad if you’re willing to travel to physically check out the buses.

When he said he had 6 of them, some with lights on and some not, I assumed he had 6 in his possession. As a private seller I would own a scanner ($20) or have my vehicle scanned to determine cost of fix. Would be nice to know before plunking down some cash. The light could mean $5, or $5K.
