39 foot FULLY Converted Schoolie for sale!!

This is a 2000 39’ flat nose International bus I converted. It has new tires (under 3 years), the engine is newly rebuilt 40K ago and runs great. I have had no issues with my bus mechanically. The brakes are hydraulic anti-lock brakes and it has the big engine in it, the 460 I think.
We have 3 each 245 watt solar panels(mounted to the roof) wired in parallel (12volt total and 735watts), the panels are connected to a Morningstar TriStar 60 Amp MPPT Charge Controller. I am using 10 golf-cart batteries (6 volt // Minutes at 75 AMPS: 107 // 20 AMP Hour Capacity: 20 wired in series/parallel. With a 1000 watt inverter for 120 volt power. I have room and had plans to put in 6 more batteries and adding another solar panel. We ran 12 volt power for the evaporation cooler and fans, and for the speakers we use.
The bathroom has a shower pan as a floor and a shower can be added easily, there is even a hole in the floor for the drain (never setup the shower). The toilet is a composting “Natures Head” toilet and it worked so well there was never a smell at all. The sink is a standard stainless steel 18gauge house sink and there is a 60 gallon water tank under the queen size bed. There is 6ft of closet space in the main bedroom (3ft rods two layer deep). The fridge is a $600 12volt that sits under sink and used 40watts of juice when it runs. The windows are double paned tempered glass custom windows and all the old bus windows are removed and foam is put in their place. The heater is Olympian Wave 8 connected to external propane. The one room that is not pictured is the front room that has a 6ft bed and a small 2-seat booth. Both booths have storage underneath and there are 2 lockable storage compartments on the driver’s side.
