71 Passenger Busses for Sale

My wife was interested in a Skoolie conversion, and I accidentally ended up with ten more school busses than I originally intended to acquire.

71 Passenger, Navistar busses finished by Am Tran or Bluebird. All with the 7.3 T444E paired with an Allison 2000 Transmission.

Hydraulic brakes, diesel fuel, model years 2001-2004.

I have complete maintenance records for all of them.

Many have newer tires and batteries, and several have newer transmissions and engines installed.

Generally in good condition inside and out. Minimal rust, seats are perfect (not that it matters).

I am located in Rantoul, Illinois. Asking $2,800-$4,000 depending on condition.

We get some salt here. About halfway down the state.

I can take some bottom photos if you'd like tomorrow.

Yeah if you're trying to sell midwest buses folks will be concerned about possible rust.

I took photographs of the bottom of two of them. There's some light surface rust. Nothing rusted through or anything like that.

The tires in the pics look at least half worn.

Either 39 or 40' bumper-to-bumper.

If good rubber is what you're looking for, I've got several with new or nearly new tires. This one for instance:

Fronts are about 15/32, rears 17/32

Tires on buses should be rated by how old they are, not how much tread. What are the date codes on them?
