I talked to the guy. He said the 15k odometer is correct and it was a church bus he purchased from the church who was the original owner. He wants to get rid of it. I would buy it but I have one already and nowhere to park it.

Wow! That's usually how it works. Unfortunately I'm in the same situation.
This sounds like the buy of the century. Wonder what the rust issue really is?

I bought a bus that had "some rust" in the listing. As far as I can tell, "some rust" is a term of art that means "you can see the tires from inside".

In my experience every church asks way too much when they go to sell their buses because they seem to think money spent on repairs can be recovered via selling price.
