I talked to the guy. He said the 15k odometer is correct and it was a church bus he purchased from the church who was the original owner. He wants to get rid of it. I would buy it but I have one already and nowhere to park it.

Wow! That's usually how it works. Unfortunately I'm in the same situation.

"Church bus" usually means Run, Don't Walk. If those folk finally reach their pearly gates, it's not because of the care they gave to their worldly buses. Caveat big time Emptor.
In my experience every church asks way too much when they go to sell their buses because they seem to think money spent on repairs can be recovered via selling price.
