Allison Automatic - Can anyone use this?

In Washington State
Serial # 6510442273
Listing says for military vehicles, thought it might
be a beefed-up version of a skoolie trans.

GovPlanet - Surplus Allison Auto Trans

As a general rule, do not buy anything from Uncle Sugar that comes in a factory storage/shipping container and shows any sign of use. They put the broken item into the storage container the new replacement item arrived in.
