Man...if it weren't SO rusted out it would make a great toter project. The back could be converted as a weekender camper and with a 4BT Cummins or a small V-8 you could pull a rig just fine with it.

Divco stand up and drive milk trucks, lots of fun to learn to drive, a buddy had one when we were in high school, lots of good memories

IIRC they are Continental Red Seal flathead engines, available in a variety of sizes and very popular in industrial equipment for many years, very reliable at low rpm.
