If someone was looking for some bargains they sure could have found them at the Ritchie Brothers Auction yesterday in Chehalis, WA.
Several buses sold with a high price of $1,500.00.
Two early '90's IHC/Thomas 11-row buses with DT466/Allison sold for $1,250 each.
Two 1997 Gillig transit buses with Series 50/Allison sold for $1,000 each.
One 2000 IC RE with DT466/Allison with rear air ride and luggage compartments sold for $1,000.00.
And one 1997 Thomas RE with Cat 3126/Allison and luggage compartments sold for $1,000.00.
Bargains are out there if you look for them. All of these buses sold for less than what they will sell for scrap iron.
