This is the Blue Ox tow bar ( 10,000 lb. towing capacity) with base plate.
Heavy duty steel model from Blue Ox.
It can remain hooked up to your RV when not in use.
Comes with the Safety Cables that attach the tow vehicle to the RV.
It is used but in excellent condition and everything works as it should.
We used it to tow our 15 passerger van behind our skoolie.
