Just my couple of cents worth. Ours is a 32-foot 1969 Bluebird that is very similar to yours in body style. Ours is a Ford gas engine, possibly a 361 but the previous owner was uncertain.
It was already converted (as was the title - this was in Ohio) but the interior looked similar to yours - ours had carpeting vs wood flooring, an RV toilet and sink, 3-way fridge, propane cooktop/oven combo. It had a similar sofa bed in the back plus 2 bunks, and a fold down table for another bed. Our paint job exterior was definitely a lot worse than yours plus we had an awning.
We paid $2,350 for it. Yours looks shorter, possibly has less sleeping room, and probably needs to have a lot of work done to the interior for most people. The thing with Skoolies is that a lot of us want to make it our own - we've completely gutted the interior and rebuilt it and if we looked at yours, we would likely do the same, or close to it. It's not a layout that would work for us (quite frankly, neither of us would be able to use the toilet, I'm too big around and he's too tall).
I am not saying this to be negative at all - I see the price has changed since this thread started. I'm saying that unless you get someone like us - we were in a bind and needed to get out of a bad situation and didn't want to lose money on a UHaul - who just need to get something and go, you may have a tough time selling it at that price.
Best of luck!!
