Buses for sale in Hawaii

Aloha Skoolies!

I am brand new to this forum and just putting out the feelers for getting started on this Skoolie venture. I live on Maui in Hawaii and have struck out in searching for buses for sale here. The only thing I found on Craigslist was an old tour bus with no engine... We would do it, but don't know anything about installing an engine to get it running again. I've called the bus companies I know of here, and no one has anything for sale. Anyone have any recommendations or tips for hunting for that initial buy?

I was told that Hawaii really socks it to you on RV registration fees. If memory serves, one of our members was paying a couple grand a year.
