Sounds reasonable for an Eagle, as long as it isn't rusty. The fact that it was owned by a church makes me nervous - church buses often are used hard and put away wet, so some assurance from the church that they did what's needed when needed would be good. It has a DDEC 6V92 or 8V92, probably not the original engine, but the infamous dropbox is of more concern. And why is it painted black if it's in Arizona?!
