Electric cars can't be towed with all the wheels on the ground, they do not have a transmission and the motor always turns and since it is a permanent magnet motor it will generate a current in the windings that will destroy the electronics, I own a Nissan leaf

Yes you are correct - I know this as I tow it with a dolly (front wheels up)
