Don't see any mention of insulation, was this strip and insulate process done?

Here is an updated CL link with pictures-

As for as the insulation. After purchasing the bus we gutted the back half to rearrange the bathroom and master bedroom.
We stripped the ceiling of the fiberglass insulation, added 3/4" foam strips against the roof to provide an air gap, 1" foam insulation w/ foil facing the roof only. The first piece of 1" insulation was flush with the metal roof frame. We then added a second piece of 1" insulation across the metal frame of the ceiling. We screwed the original metal panels to the roof frame through the 1" insulation. This gives a total of R-12 in the ceiling, not including the benefits of the foil reflectivity.
One foot down the side of the ceiling, due to the contour, we used two 1/2" pieces of the styrofoam type insulation. While this insulation has more flex it gives slightly less of an r-value. I have cut luan to trim this 1' area since the original panels don't cover this area. But they haven't been installed yet.

For the walls, we removed the seat rails, cosmetic panel, and A/C louvers but didn't drill the rivets to remove the inner panel or insulation. Instead, we used 1x2's horizontal at the bottom and top of the wall to provide a stud to screw the wall covering and add an air gap. We then added 2" of foam board and luan as a wall covering. This has been done to the back half of the driver's side but the passenger side has only been stripped.

The front half of the bus is "as it was" when I purchased it with only the original insulation.

The price is $18,500. This is far less than I have invested in the bus, but due to the work that still needs to be completed, I am flexible on the price and open to offers.
