Smile For Sale - 2003 International 3800 (South Texas)

Hey everyone!

We completed this conversion early this year (it took ~10 months to finish) and have lived in it for the last six months. We are selling the bus to help fund new opportunities and projects.

The bus has is registered in Texas through January of 2018.

2003 International 3800
Bluebird body
Navistar T444e
AT2000 transmission
172,000 miles

An oil change and complete engine inspection was completed in March 2017.

BODY:
- Roof raiseed 15 inches
- All holes from original seats have been welded shut, and rust patches repaired
- Back bumper extended 3.5 feet for back deck with railing around it
- 3 inches closed cell spray foam insulation throughout body
- 30' long + back porch
- RV windows and door

ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING
- 1380 watt solar bolted to roof
- 8 golf cart batteries suited outside and under the bus (450 amph)
- Maxx air fan
- Beautiful outlets, switches and light fixtures
- 100 gallon fresh water tank
- 40 gallon grey water tank
- Complete plumbing setup with water pump and 6 gallon electric water heater
- No propane through out but, enough electricity to power appliances. Can install propane if desired
- 3.5 cubic foot mini fridge
- Removable nature's head composting toilet
- Working front AC unit while driving
- Room for rooftop or window AC unit

INTERIOR
- Subway tile throughout shower
- Loft for child bed or storage in back with deep storage stairs leading up
- Black composite sink with brass Delta faucet
- Marble laminate countertop
- Converted mobile tool chest with live edge counter top
- Custom futon couch to queen bed. Seatbelts accessible through mattress
- Click-lock laminate flooring with cork underpayment
- Fold down table with fold up bar stools
- Pull out drawers
- "Green" purebond maple plywood on walls and cabinets

- The tires are old (7 yrs)

Haha thanks. We had a lot of help from a lot of different people during the process.

Woops. Forgot to include the price! We're hoping to get around $40,000 but we're more than happy to consider any offer!

There isn't a stove. We left room for a stove in between the fold-down table and movable counter top but were uncertain where the bus would be located when winter rolled around so never installed one.
