Free - 1991 Bluebird TC200

I just purchased a 1991 TC2000 in Kent, Washington for the purpose of only needing the engine (5.9 Cummins). The bus is in good condition and having read posts on your site, I figured I'd offer it to one of you prior to sending it to the scrap yard. The only caveat is it needs to be picked up the morning of Saturday, Sept 24th in Kent. If you're local to Kent, I could drive it to your place and then remove the engine to save you towing fees.

Price: $0.00 - Free
Title: Clear and in hand
Location: Kent, WA

Thanks and hopefully someone here could use it. I was thinking it could be used as a tiny home, guest house or office.

I'm in CA and will be in WA on the 23rd and 24th this month. I tried uploading pictures from my phone but that didn't work. Email me if you'd like pics but I don't have much more info.

Worst case scenario I drive it home to the inland empire and pull the engine here.

Thanks,
Robert

I've seen both a Friday deadline and a Saturday one. I plan on being there Friday but need some time to remove the engine. Worst case I bring my welder, weld up a hitch and tow my truck or Honda home.

I will call tomorrow - thanks for the heads up.

I'll take that bus sir

Oooh Bring it to me! I'm in southern Oregon only an hour from California, you can pull your engine here i got plenty of room,I'll even help. Do you have a way to lift the engine into your truck? I have a standard crappy hydraulic engine hoist we could probably get high enough, I used it to lift a 5.9 out of the back of my bus, which I use as a sort of hauler at times.

Not my ideal solution but if nobody local to Kent WA wants it I might take you up on the offer. I was really trying to avoid driving it 10+hrs at 60mph. But a third set of hands might be helpful.

If needed I'll have all my tools and a cherry picker. Shoot me an email and I'll give you a call over the weekend.

Also I just checked, Kent Washington is only 6 and a half hours from me so that's good news. I'd be happy to pay for your diesel to get it down here as well. And if it became needed I would pay to put you up at a local hotel/motel overnight
