Free minisplit heat pump(with a catch)

I have a 2010 model grunaire inverter heat pump. It is 12,000 btu cool / 14000 btu heat.runs on 120 volts AC, it is a 20 seer inverter compressor unit. I used it for electronics hacking in my basement HVAC lab. I no longer need it, its yours for free with a catch.

You need to put it back together. I have started reassembling it but have not finished. The refrigerant Circuit was never touched so it should still be full of 410A in the outdoor unit.
You also need to get it from my basement in Columbus , I will not ship it and cannot lift it.

I'll take it if it doesn't have to be moved immediately.

Chris, I could use it as well in our house in State College. SomewhereinUSA is first, if for any reason he drops out then please let me know.
